Each charter comes with a qualified crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Different services may include additional provisions — for instance, sunset tours come with deluxe beverages and light snacks, while business charters may provide meeting amenities and professional catering choices.
How much time before should I reserve?
To ensure availability, it's best to schedule your booking 2–3 weeks prior, and even further ahead, 4–6 weeks for corporate functions or special events, particularly during the high season which spans May to September.
What's the procedure if the weather turns bad?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are too hazardous, you'll be offered an alternative date or a complete refund. We track the weather vigilantly and will reach out if there's cause for concern 24 hours before your planned departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
While you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, we also provide excellent meal services that can tailor to your dietary preferences. For safety, glassware is not allowed onboard.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to make our services accessible for all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better facilities to accommodate mobility concerns than others. We urge you to get in touch with us when booking to talk about specific requirements, and we can advise on the most appropriate vessel and arrange for any needed assistance.
Can you detail your cancellation terms?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours before departure, we offer a full reimbursement. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before, a 50% refund will be processed. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded, unless the cause is due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
